WHO IS THE SPA DOCTOR Inc.?
Hi! I'm Bill Susmann, owner and manager of "THE SPA DOCTOR Inc.". I started The Spa Doctor in September of 1991 and I have repaired 1000's of spas in the greater Sacramento area. My experience in this field dates back to 1976 when the portable spa craze first got started. My philosophy in business is simple, the customer always comes first, do the job right the first time, I only promise what I can deliver, and never let a difficult job get the best of me. With this philosophy I have served my customers well. I have built a business that has flourished while others have failed, and I am now celebrating my 31st Year in this business.
OUR TECHNICIANS
All of our technicians are trained by myself. They get the benefit of my 30 years of experience in this field. Each technician has a vested interest in this company. It is the responsibility of all of our technicians to perform to the highest level of professionalism at all times.
